How to reset Avaya System Platform Password Attempts
1) Run the following command (to reset the faulty passwd attempts to 0)
pam_tally -–user admin -–reset
This will show the number of attempts made
2) Execute “ssh cdom.vsp”
Run the above command : pam_tally -–user admin -–reset
3) Type “exit” and which returns to Dom0
4) Execute the following command :
5) Execute the following:
service ldap restart
service libvirtd restart
6) Close all the windows and login back with the admin/passwd (your previous admin passwd)
